Happy Sunday!
Or as someone recently suggested, "SunYAY!"
It took several months of persistence to finally have a conversation with one of my favorite Legends in the personal development industry, Dr. Bruce Lipton, PhD.
In the 1970's, Dr. Lipton was working on stem cell research at Stanford Medical School where he discovered that our genes are more influenced by human beliefs and one's environment rather than by family history.
That means your are not a slave to your genetic code.
If cancer runs in your family, it doesn't mean you'll get cancer too.
Instead of family history being the deciding factor, how you handle stress, what you eat, and your overall approach towards life are the driving indicators for whether you'll contract the dis-ease.
Many of the highly intelligent people I've interviewed have so much to say, they could barely fit it into an hour conversation.
When I sat down with Brian Tracy, I said, 'Brian, welcome to the show." and "Brian, thanks for being on the show."
He enthusiastically did most of the talking and I loved it!
It was the same with Bruce...
His insight and contributions are equalled with his passion for making our lives more enjoyable.
Here's the video of our conversation:
Enjoy your afternoon!

Reader, Most people have studied success from a distance. They’ve read the books. Watched the videos. Highlighted the quotes. Taken the notes. And for a little while, they feel inspired. But then real life shows back up. The prospect says, “Let me think about it.” The calendar is empty. The proposal doesn’t close. The blank page stares back. The next level starts requiring a version of confidence, clarity, visibility, or follow-through that doesn’t always feel available on command. And that’s...
Good morning, Reader! Do you ever feel like you're working hard, putting in the effort, and still not getting the return you desire or deserve? You're not alone and you're effort may not be the problem. You're showing up. You're putting in the hours. You're executing the strategies that are supposed to compound. And yet there's this gap between the effort going in and the results coming out, which may feel crushing given everything you're bringing to the table. That gap isn't a hustle...
Hi Reader, It’s Friday evening. And if your week felt anything like the weeks many high-achievers are having right now, there may be a part of you that feels ready to close the laptop, grab a blanket, and pull it over your head. The economy is struggling, there's so much happening in life, and many are racking their brains trying to figure out where their next customer is coming from. But before you fully disappear into weekend mode, I want to share something that may be exactly what your...
