Happy Sunday!
Or as someone recently suggested, "SunYAY!"
It took several months of persistence to finally have a conversation with one of my favorite Legends in the personal development industry, Dr. Bruce Lipton, PhD.
In the 1970's, Dr. Lipton was working on stem cell research at Stanford Medical School where he discovered that our genes are more influenced by human beliefs and one's environment rather than by family history.
That means your are not a slave to your genetic code.
If cancer runs in your family, it doesn't mean you'll get cancer too.
Instead of family history being the deciding factor, how you handle stress, what you eat, and your overall approach towards life are the driving indicators for whether you'll contract the dis-ease.
Many of the highly intelligent people I've interviewed have so much to say, they could barely fit it into an hour conversation.
When I sat down with Brian Tracy, I said, 'Brian, welcome to the show." and "Brian, thanks for being on the show."
He enthusiastically did most of the talking and I loved it!
It was the same with Bruce...
His insight and contributions are equalled with his passion for making our lives more enjoyable.
Here's the video of our conversation:
Enjoy your afternoon!
:) Tim

Hi Reader Well, I can officially cross “walk the red carpet” off my bucket list. A couple of days ago, I found myself in Sacramento, California, standing under the lights at the premiere of Zero Limits, a brand-new film based on the bestselling book by Dr. Joe Vitale. I was there as one of the featured experts in the movie, which… yep, means I got to see my giant watermelon forehead projected on the big screen. 🍉🎥 🧠 Do We Really Have Limits? Zero Limits explores one powerful question:“Are...
Hi Reader, I hope you are enjoying summer. Since opening an office in Florida, I have a new definition of what "hot" is. If I step outside to shoot an educational video, I'm soakin wet within minutes. It can get hot in Indiana and California, yet with humidity at 80% and 95 degrees from May through September, it's taking some getting used to. I'm heading to Sacramento this week for the Red Carpet premiere of the multi-award-winning movie Zero Limits. Patryk (the Director) submitted Zero...
Hi Reader, We’re constantly bombarded by thoughts that create pressure and stress. Sometimes they’re so relentless, they hijack our sleep like a toddler with a tambourine. You lie there at 3AM, wondering if your inbox will explode, your business will collapse, or if the one email you forgot to reply to will somehow lead to global ruin. Most cognitive-behavioral therapists will tell you to reframe those thoughts. And for a while, I did the same thing...like a motivational GPS rerouting your...
